Meet Your MP Martin Horwood

Martin Horwood is the Liberal Democrat Member of Parliament for Cheltenham. If you need to discuss any matters with your local MP, you can drop in at his advice surgeries on Friday lunchtimes or evenings. You can also meet Martin at various events taking place in and around Cheltenham.

Thursday, 6 November
2:00pm
Martin will be attending the AGM of Cheltenham Open Door. This is being held at 39 Grosvenor Street, Cheltenham (see http://www.cheltenhamopendoor.org.uk/index.html for more details about Cheltenham Open Door).

Friday, 7 November
1:30pm
Martin will be guest chair at the first meeting of Pate’s Grammar School’s school council.
5:00pm
Martin will be holding a surgery at his Hewlett Road office with Cheltenham’s MYP Dan Sunderlin, for local young people to discuss any problems or issues that they might have. There is a limited number of appointments that can be booked by calling the office on 01242 224889 or e-mailing wilsonce@parliament.uk.

Sunday, 9 November
During the morning Martin will be taking part in the Remembrance Sunday parade being held in Cheltenham.
7pm
Martin will be attending the Festival of Remembrance at Cheltenham Town Hall.

Wednesday, 12 November
7pm
Pate’s Grammar School will be putting on a production of Jesus Christ Superstar this week, and Martin has been invited to watch the Wednesday performance.

Saturday, 15 November
7:15pm
Martin is going to be attending a charity auction for Rapid UK at Cheltenham College. Please see http://www.rapiduknews.org.uk/?q=node/272 for more details about the event and the sort of items that have been offered for the auction.
