Just 30 minutes a day of brisk walking can have many health benefits. Cheltenham Health Walks is a free health programme organised by Cheltenham Borough Council. All walks are free and last between 20 to 60 minutes.

A local walk around Oakley and Prestbury

Meeting point: Park Campus (UoG) reception
Come and enjoy the Merestones Meander or the Montpellier Mooch followed by tea and coffee in the refectory.
Thursdays: 10.30am
Meeting point: The Plaisterer’s Arms, Winchcombe
A beautiful walk around Winchcombe taking in Sudeley Castle and the surrounding areas
Fridays: 10.30am
Meeting point: The Vine coffee shop, Church Street, Charlton Kings
Join us for a quiet walk away from the major roads, followed by refreshments at The Vine
